Thermal insulation mats for the equipment

Function

The company Kompenz-Elastic offers a full spectrum of specially designed, demountable, flexible and nondisposable thermal insulation mats for the equipment of any size and construction by permissible temperature of isolated surface up to 800 °C, including the insulation for valves and fittings.

Technical maintenance and control of power plant and process equipment are related to regular removal of heat insulation. Following equipment needs the reinsulation: pipe fittings, flange connections, damper valves, pumps, air valves, block valve stations, heat exchangers, expansion joints, measuring units etc.

Design features of some equipment have their own difficulties because of nonstandard forms and dimensions, that’s why the best decision for such problem is the installation of modular heat insulation. The insulation mat can copy the form of any equipment, engines, machines, devices, turbines, fittings, etc.
