Structure
- Outer layer from moisture-resistant material
Is made from material based on glass fabric with moisture-resistant coating. Material is abrasion-resistant, resistant to the actions of chemicals, acids, salts, petroleum and liquids.
- Inner layer from reinforced glass fiber
May be in contact with high-temperature surfaces. Is made from high temperature fiber. If necessary the inner layer may be reinforced with wire screen. Possible is also the setting of fasteners for the mounting of heating cable.
- Mount system
Includes belts with D-rings, hooks, high-temperature hook and pile fasteners, special cording system, belting system. That allows to make quick and unproblematic assembly and disassembly of insulation.
- Inner layer from heat insulating wool.
Is filled with material, which correspond the technical conditions of each particular object, its technical and operating needs of technical action. Important is that the insulation copy the form of the object to avoid the power loss on the object.
